What type of protection will my product have?

All window and door product will come standard with aluminium frame protection tape on both the inside perimeter and exterior perimeter of the items frame. If you require glass protection film to be added to your items please contact us for a quote.

How will my product be delivered?

The standard way of delivering windows and doors is as a loose item. This means that your item will be delivered on a truck and each item is offloaded by hand.

Any door and or bifold door will be shipped with the outer frame unassembled. Once arrived this can easily be screwed together for door installation.

Windows and doors will generally be delivered on a pallet / Aframe and a tail lift truck is used for unloading. if a folk lift is available for unloading. Please notify our staff if this is the case.

Will the items be delivered to the inside of my property?

Due to health, safety and insurance reasons all items are a curb side delivery only. Unfortunately we will not be able to assist getting your items inside, up stairs ect.

Please ensure that you have adequate people and equipment available for your delivery. Please also ensure that there is a safe place for the delivery truck to stop and unload.

If you have any quires or concerns on delivery, please contact us prior and we can assist.

Can I pick up my items?

Yes, if the pick up option is available in the checkout for your location a pre-booked pick up can be arranged from one of our warehouses. Our staff will make contact after your order has been placed to confirm the details.

Please note that pick up is not available in all locations.

Please note due to health, safety and insurance reason we will be unable to assist with the loading of your vehicle. Ensure that you bring adequate staps and padding equipment for a safe and damage free transportation.

  • Powder Coating: 10 years
  • Hardware & Rollers: 2 years

What is your Refund Policy?

Our products are more special, the default can not be returned, but because of the quality of transportation and other irresistible factors this slightly or to avoid the risk of Refund . Please note that custom built items are not eligible for return and refund.

What if my item is damaged upon delivery?

Please inspect your item as soon as it is delivered and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Please send through a photo and accurate description of the defect so we can asses and take action on a solution.

Please note that all damage and defect must be reported within 24 hours of your item being delivered. Please note that all items are photographed prior to dispatch from our warehouse.
